Tomoru Bakery is a bakery in Songdo, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, near the Korea Coast Guard headquarters, open daily 08:30–21:30 with free parking. A visit at 8pm meant no waiting and a still-varied display, with five items packed to go: salt bread (2,400 won), Earl Grey financier, plain financier (3,200 won), vanilla madeleine (2,700 won) and butter tteok, a buttery rice cake (2,500 won). The butter tteok was the clear winner of the five, crisp outside, chewy inside and scented with mocha.
