Korean BBQ set for six in Nonhyeon, Incheon: C-set 800g at Kkuseokji
Kkuseokji Dolpan Hanu Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is a butcher-shop-style hanwoo (Korean beef) stone-plate barbecue restaurant in Namdong-gu, Incheon. Six high school friends shared the C-set 800g for 105,000 won (sirloin, beef navel, skirt steak, short rib finger and flat iron), then added three servings of beef navel and two of chadolbagi (thin-sliced brisket), plus steamed egg at 4,000 won and a first bone broth at 1,000 won. The flat iron had the best marbling of the night, and missing out on the chuck flap at Kkuseokji already guarantees a second visit.
