Songdo noodle restaurant, chogye guksu shared on Sunday: Eonyang Dak
Eonyang Dak Kalguksu Incheon Songdo Branch is a chicken kalguksu (chicken knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant on the one-way street by the back gate of the Songdo food mart, in Yeonsu, Incheon. On a Sunday lunch visit, one chicken kalguksu and one chogye guksu (cold tangy chicken noodles) were ordered and shared, and the self-serve bar held regular kimchi, spicy kimchi and pickled radish. Both bowls were generous enough to fill one person on their own, and with bar seats for solo diners, Eonyang Dak Kalguksu is worth noting if you want a noodle place that doesn't skimp on portions.
