Garlic chipotle pasta at a Chuncheon tonkatsu spot: Jeongseong Katsu
Jeongseong Katsu Chuncheon Toegye Branch is a katsu (Japanese-style pork cutlet) restaurant near an apartment complex in Toegye-dong, Chuncheon, Gangwon. For a Sunday evening birthday dinner, the writer and her roommate ordered the Jeongseong mixed katsu set, cold buckwheat soba with 4 pieces of fillet katsu, and the garlic chipotle pasta, which arrived creamy and good enough that they agreed to order it again. Jeongseong Katsu suits a group that wants to share katsu, cold soba and pasta at one table.
