LG Building basement gyukatsu near Seoul Station: Ichigyu Set 1

Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a gyukatsu (deep-fried beef cutlet) Japanese restaurant on the basement floor of the LG Building on Huam-ro near Seoul Station, where every table gets a mini cast-iron brazier for grilling sirloin gyukatsu yourself. Set 1 — two sirloin gyukatsu plus two drinks — costs 42,000 won, and rice comes with free refills, so two people ate well. Crisp outside and medium-rare inside, the sirloin was best dipped in turns in wasabi, salt and Ichigyu's house sauce.
