Three-cut Sammi Bossam at a Gwangju bossam restaurant: Kkankkanhan
Kkankkanhan Jokbal Main Branch is a jokbal (boiled pork trotter) and bossam (boiled pork wrap) restaurant in Cheomdan, Gwangju. The writer and her husband ordered the store-only new menu Sammi Bossam (pork belly, jowl and skirt cuts) for 47,000 won and added Goheung fresh garlic sauce for 3,000 won, which kept the pork from tasting heavy to the last slice. Free Starbucks-bean coffee and gelato after the meal made dessert at Kkankkanhan Jokbal just as satisfying.
