After a run near Gyodae Station, off to Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch
Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch (데일리픽스 서초교대점) is a handmade burger place near Gyodae Station, and I went with a friend after a running session in the evening. Cool autumn weather, perfect for running... ✨ That day my friend was coaching me in Gyodae for a weekend marathon, and afterward we couldn't decide what to eat, so we went to a burger place my friend loves.
Daily Fix near Gyodae Station is famous as a burger spot that singer Kang Min-kyung picked. It has several branches and I'd been dying to try it, and after the run the timing was just perfect.
Atmosphere at Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch: a room for group dinners

Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch has a room at the back, so it works for company dinners and get-togethers too. The moment we walked in, two groups were having a company dinner! At first I thought, a company dinner at a burger place?! But after seeing the menu I thought, "Ah, I get it, this works." With the room in the back, it's great for gatherings too.

We somehow ended up at a huge table. Ready to really enjoy some burgers... Since there are so many branches, they even have store merch.
Daily Fix menu: from burgers to chicken, draft beer and highballs

Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch has a really wide range of burgers, and you can swap the bun for a pretzel bun. Classic, bacon cheeseburger, pastrami sandwich, double cheese, Hawaiian and more... feels like a menu you could conquer one by one.
They sell chicken too, so it'd be great for a beer in the evening, and the drinks are varied too, with draft beer and highballs! I heard Kang Min-kyung's pick was the bacon cheeseburger! Next time I have to try that one... ✨

You can take pickled radish (bitmu) from the self-serve bar, so I happily grabbed some ლ(╹◡╹ლ) It's the guy that wipes away all the greasiness of a burger.
What we ordered, the prices and the wait

Here's what the two of us ordered at Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch.
- Classic burger ₩11,900
- Chicken burger ₩11,900
- Lemonade ₩4,900
- Pepsi ₩2,900
It was a "fiery Wednesday" with a backlog of group delivery orders, so they told us it would take more than 20 minutes, but it came out faster than expected and I was so happy 🤍
Lemonade that goes well with handmade burgers

The Daily Fix lemonade (₩4,900) has a "recommended" sticker on the menu, so I ordered it, and it really did go well with the burger. My friend got a cola and I got the lemonade. A drink is a must when you eat a burger.

I only ran 2 km (haha), but I couldn't resist something salty-sweet, and the lemonade had that recommended sticker, so I ordered it. It really goes with handmade burgers. Thanks to it, I never got sick of the burger. Total refreshment, honestly.
Onion rings and ketchup dipping sauce: crispy to the end?

I added the ketchup dipping sauce (₩1,200) to the Daily Fix onion rings (₩7,400), and they stayed crispy until we finished the burgers. The onion rings showed up while I was craving something salty, and they looked amazing. Can't you feel the crunch even in the photo?

You can't tell from the photo, but they're bigger than I expected. There are 4 kinds of dipping sauce, and I ordered the ketchup one, I think!! It's spicy with a sharp kick from whole black pepper, so good. It was totally my taste and goes well with the onion rings.
How does the Michelin-chef Daily Fix classic burger taste?

My pick was the Daily Fix classic burger, and my friend's pick was the chicken burger! I heard it was made by chefs from Michelin restaurants in the US, so my expectations were sky-high before I even tasted it. They say they recreated the taste they had in America and then upgraded it! A handmade burger has to go straight into your mouth.

Let's start with the classic burger. My friend is cutting it up so neatly --<-<-<@ Honestly I wanted to hold a handmade burger in both hands and bite in, but it was so huge I didn't even dare try.

Oh, friend.. (^///^) Well, the joy of a handmade burger is reassembling it and eating it.. haha

Just put it back together nicely. The Daily Fix classic burger has raw onion, lettuce, tomato, a 100% hanwoo (Korean beef) patty and cheese! A truly classic hamburger, so delicious. The veggies are fresh and the hanwoo patty is out of this world.. 🤍 The melty cheese and the special sauce are a perfect combo. Exactly the fresh-feeling burger I love!! Can I... love this......
Spicy coleslaw is the kick: the Daily Fix chicken burger

The Daily Fix chicken burger looked overwhelming. My friend loves chicken burgers so much they'd wreck one single-handedly. The kind of friend who orders a chicken burger even at a handmade burger place.

What an aggressive chicken patty. So scary and I love it, I'll eat you up properly. And the shine on that bun is no joke;; The bun isn't dry at all either, and it's so good.

You know a chicken burger tastes best when it's simple. A thick whole chicken-thigh patty with coleslaw! I'm licking my lips just writing this because of how glossy the burger was..

The spicy coleslaw is really the kick. For someone who's bad with spice it's a little hot, but just the right kind of tasty hot. If you usually like chicken burgers, I think you'll like the Daily Fix chicken burger too.
