Jeonju dakgangjeong shop with next-day rice-side leftovers: Mannyeon
Mannyeon Dakgangjeong Hanok Village Direct Store is a takeout dakgangjeong (sweet crispy fried chicken) shop on Taejo-ro at the entrance to Jeonju Hanok Village. On a weekday afternoon there was no line, and a half-and-half large (mild + soy sauce) was cooked to order and ready in about 10 minutes, eaten with beer at the guesthouse and then, once cold at home, as a side dish with rice. The portion is generous enough to serve as a late-night snack or a full dinner on a Jeonju trip.
