Sumine Gukbap is a gukbap (rice-and-soup) restaurant in Mohyeon-dong, Iksan, directly across from Lotte Cinema. Ordered as takeout, the osori gukbap at Sumine Gukbap was spicy and clean-tasting with siraegi (dried radish greens) and osori gamtu (badger tripe), the pork gukbap had a milky broth with tender pork neck, and the premium sundae (Korean blood sausage) was densely packed with filling. With basement parking and a self-serve side dish bar, Sumine Gukbap works well for a meal before or after a movie in Iksan.
