Pre-grilled gopchang at Gwangju Seoul Gopchang, a Suncheon restaurant
Gwangju Seoul Gopchang Suncheon is a gopchang (grilled beef intestines) restaurant in Suncheon's Yeonhyang 3 District, an offshoot of a 70-year-old specialist from Gwangju Songjeong. The 70-Year Specialty Set brought mild (non-spicy) grilled gopchang that arrives already cooked over a small flame under the plate, keeping the table clean and the meat free of any off smell, plus ammbong sundae (blood sausage) and cream sundae gukbap made with pasta noodles. The cream sundae gukbap sounded odd but won us over, and Gwangju Seoul Gopchang Suncheon is an easy recommendation for gopchang in Suncheon.
