Jeonju beef and cheonggukjang bibimbap at Hoseongjeong
Hoseongjeong is a butcher’s restaurant in Hoseong-dong, Jeonju, serving beef and hearty rice dishes. After a trip to Jeonju Zoo, we shared an assorted beef platter and two cheonggukjang bibimbaps, with plenty of high chairs and ₩2,000 soju and beer. Verdict: a great family meal for tender beef and filling sides.
