Uijeongbu sundae soup set for two with pyeonyuk: Yetnal Gyeongseong
Yetnal Gyeongseong Sundaeguk Nokyang Branch is a sundaeguk (Korean blood sausage soup) restaurant in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi, sitting about halfway between Nokyang Station and Ganeung Station. The writer and her husband ordered the (Special) Yetnal Gyeongseong Sundaeguk set, which comes with pyeonyuk (sliced boiled pork) and sundae, and tried native-style sundae, chewy sundae and pyeonyuk in one spread while grinding sesame seeds into the soup at the table. Portions at Yetnal Gyeongseong Sundaeguk Nokyang Branch were generous and the broth was clean with no gamey smell, making it a solid choice on a day you want a big, filling meal.
