Cold storage theme at Exit Escape Room Cafe, a Uijeongbu escape room
Exit Escape Room Cafe is an escape room café on the 4th floor of a building on Haengbok-ro Rodeo Street in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. Out of four themes — haunted house, cold storage, closed ward and prison — the writer chose cold storage for a 1-hour session, and the room was so cold it really did feel like being locked in a freezer, with puzzles that were more about working out machines than solving riddles. The two-star fear rating was still plenty scary for someone who frightens easily, and even the water from the cooler tasted good afterward, so the visit was a satisfying one.
