Busan shabu kalguksu dinner for two, ₩8,000 meat add-on: Yunujae
Yunujae Munhyeon Shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, with basement parking under the building. At dinner the writer ordered two servings of spicy shabu-shabu kalguksu, added ₩8,000 of extra meat, and worked through the full course from hot pot to the house-made chewy noodles and a rice porridge cooked in the leftover broth. At ₩11,000 per person for everything from shabu-shabu to porridge, Yunujae is a great-value neighborhood restaurant.
