Yuumangju Seomyeon Branch is a bar in Busanjin, Busan, on the second floor of the Seomyeon bar street. The cheese-topped hot-stone chicken, dda-moatdak, comes with rice and fried rice scraped down to crispy nurungji (scorched rice), with seasoning nailed after asking for extra sauce. It's a great first stop in Seomyeon when you want anju hearty enough to be a meal.
