Family jokbal dinner with a self-serve wrap bar in Busan: Sasang Paldo
Sasang Paldo Jokbal is a jokbal (braised pork trotter) restaurant in Deokpo-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan, close to Silla University. Two adults and two children ordered the large half-and-half jokbal, which pairs plain jokbal with spicy jokbal, and added the self-serve wrap bar and siraegiguk (dried radish green soup); the meat was generous with almost no large bones. Sasang Paldo Jokbal works well for a family dinner when everyone wants both flavors in one order.
