Jadam Chicken Hadong Hwagaejangteo is a fried chicken shop right beside Hwagae Market in Hadong, Gyeongnam, with outdoor tables and a chicken-cooking robot inside the store. For a late-night snack at a mountain guesthouse, the writer took away boneless fried chicken for 23,000 won and spicy gizzard fritters for 11,000 won, and the shop added two sauces plus a free 500ml cola. The boneless chicken uses 100% Korean chicken thigh, so it stayed tender even after it cooled.
