Seongsu pasta restaurant Sunday lunch: squid ink vongole at Sedici

Sedici is an Italian restaurant on the first floor of Seongsu-dong Arc Valley in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. On a Sunday lunch visit, the order was beef tartare with a brioche add-on, fried Chodang corn gnocchi and vongole seppia (squid ink clam pasta), and the three dishes overlapped in neither flavor nor texture. The vongole seppia at Sedici, with big clams and noodles that stayed springy to the last bite, is easy enough to share with older parents.
