On a spontaneous drive out to Namyangju, the writer ordered the 2-person set (400g beef brisket, grilled cheese, sushi and doenjang jjigae, a soybean paste stew) plus Dolpung bibim noodles, and found the meat quality better than expected for the price. With a spacious, clean dining room, Chadolpung Dasan Station Branch is a solid pick for a drive stop or a group get-together.
