Hongdae soufflé café worth a Friday queue: peach soufflé, Think Fruit

Hi there! There are soooo many cafés in Hongdae that I was stuck on where to go, and then I found out there's a soufflé place famous these days just a 1-minute walk from where I was staying ~ and even more, their peach soufflé is apparently in perfect season right now,,, eating that puffy fluffy soufflé while recharging on sugar after getting worn out by the heat totally revived me haha. This is Think Fruit, the Hongdae dessert café I ate at so happily!

Think Fruit's location — 5 minutes from Exit 7 of Hongik Univ. Station, next to Gyeongui Line Forest Park

It's a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Hongik University Station, so the location is great, and walking along Gyeongui Line Forest Park makes it perfect for a date!

I visited on a Friday afternoon and most of the seats were already full? There are about 13 to 15 tables inside, not exactly small, and yet there was still a wait — I got even more excited about just how good this Hongdae dessert café must be...

They also have window seats that are great for a date, so you can enjoy the delicious soufflé while soaking in the cozy mood ~

There's a super aesthetic iMac you can take photos with too, so it's totally doable to have some photo fun — highly recommend this spot for a date by Gyeongui Line Forest Park.

Summer means peaches, right? This Hongdae dessert café Think Fruit had peach soufflé, parfaits, and even strawberry options — perfect menu items for recharging on sugar in the hot summer! I ordered the peach soufflé and a drink ~

Peach soufflé that melts so softly — ₩22,000

My friend's iced americano — apparently this place is also a hidden gem for iced americanos ~ she said the nutty flavor paired really well with the soufflé!

The hibiscus berry I ordered came out in a teapot, so I got to taste freshly steeped hibiscus, which was great! The deeply steeped hibiscus was sweet and delicious ~!

The peach soufflé at ₩22,000, today's main event ,, the visual is absolutely the best ~ At first I thought the portion looked big? But it was so delicious that I ended up eating even my friend's share to the point I wanted more,, this is a real soufflé hotspot.

The fluffy, soft-textured soufflé melts away in your mouth the moment you take a bite,,, it also comes with whipped cream and ice cream to pair with it, which is insanely good ~ Badly made soufflés sometimes have a slightly eggy smell, but Think Fruit's Hongdae soufflé has none of that at all, just pure softness...~

Piling cream and peach onto the soft soufflé and eating it all together is absolutely heavenly,, it really does just melt away and disappear ㅜ The peach got hit properly by the heat this season too, so it's sweet like a stone peach — seasonal peach is the best.

Cutting the whole peach revealed a Greek momo (peach filled with Greek yogurt)

There was a whole peach on the plate, and I thought I'd just cut it and eat it ~ but when I sliced it open, it turned out to be a Greek momo! There was Greek yogurt packed inside the peach, tangy sweet and thick,,, ah, it's seriously delicious — any yogurt lover would be knocked out here ㅠ_ㅠ

Three chunks of soufflé, cream, ice cream, peach, and the Greek peach — such a generous soufflé spread that it's a total win,,,! Really satisfying Hongdae dessert café, Think Fruit.

There really is always a reason places have a wait and are crowded like this ,, ~ I'm kind of proud I found a proper soufflé hotspot in Hongdae ^_^ Since it's a Hongdae dessert café located right next to Gyeongui Line Forest Park, I strongly recommend it as a date spot too — that's today's café, Think Fruit ~!
