Daejeon Korean restaurant galbi kimchi stew: Jeonju House
Jeonju House (전주하우스) is a Korean restaurant in Yuseong, Daejeon, serving galbi kimchi jjigae in a cauldron with cauldron-cooked rice. We added self-serve tofu and ramen noodles to the 15,000-won stew for two. Verdict: a clean, pleasantly spicy home-style Korean meal.
