Cheonan Korean set meal with 24-hour aged pork: Bomae Hansang
Bomae Hansang Cheonan Ssangyong Main Branch is a Korean set-meal (hansang) restaurant at 26 Mira7-gil in Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam. Two friends each picked one main — 24-hour aged pork bulgogi and grilled mackerel — and the table also came with five side dishes, doenjang stew, steamed egg and six kinds of ssam greens from the self-serve bar. The pork was tender with no gamey smell and the mackerel was crisp outside and moist inside, so swapping the main dish alone makes Bomae Hansang a completely different meal.
