City Hall Station Chinese restaurant for peanut noodles: Huhugwan
Huhugwan is a stylish Chinese restaurant and bar near City Hall Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. We tried garlic scape fried rice, eggplant rice, summer-only majangmyeon, and mala fried rice cakes, and none of the flavors felt repetitive or overly heavy. Verdict: the peanut-sauce majangmyeon is a must for peanut sauce fans.
