Arslonga is a casual wine bar serving pasta alongside wine, seating up to 50 guests across a 30-pyeong indoor space on the 3rd floor and a 30-pyeong rooftop. The name Arslonga comes from the Latin 'Ars longa, vita brevis' ('art is long, life is short'), and Arslonga was founded by a group of young artists. Arslonga holds painting exhibitions year-round with a new artist each quarter, plus a jazz concert once a month.

Signature dishes at Arslonga include grilled Ibérico pork neck and rib finger served with three sauces and vegetables, prosciutto pasta of yolk-coated linguine tossed with prosciutto and arugula, and potato gnocchi in black truffle sauce. In winter, Arslonga sets up three dome tents with heaters on the rooftop, and every wine Arslonga sells can be taken out at a 15% discount.
