Daily Fix Gangnam is the first store opened by the handmade burger brand Daily Fix, a modern diner run by chefs who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and worked at Per Se and Momofuku Ko in New York. Daily Fix Gangnam prepares its 100% Hanwoo beef patties in-house every day and also makes its own bacon, pastrami and sauces.
