Dangara is a handmade dessert cafe that bakes without sugar or wheat flour, selling desserts researched and developed by the owner, who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2022. Dangara gets its sweetness from the sugar substitute allulose and uses almond flour, coconut flour, soy protein isolate and resistant maltodextrin as main ingredients instead of grain flours such as wheat, rice or whole-wheat flour.
