Fisherman Works is a burger specialist that makes classic American-style handmade burgers with a Gangneung regional twist. Fisherman Works makes its beef patties from Australian wagyu and Korean hanwoo beef, and prepares its 100% shrimp patties, made partly with minced shrimp and partly with whole shrimp, in limited quantities only. Fisherman Works uses brioche buns made with a lactic-acid fermented starter.
