Hanyang Noodle Main uses chicken broth simmered for more than 12 hours and house-made noodles cold-aged for more than 48 hours, and the spicy and mild kimchi served with the kalguksu is made at the restaurant every day. The signature chicken kalguksu at Hanyang Noodle Main is served with aged noodles in rich chicken broth topped with plenty of chicken, with a choice of laver (gim) or green onion garnish.
