Ichigyu Wonju is a Japanese restaurant centred on tenderloin and sirloin gyukatsu, and Ichigyu Wonju also serves sirloin steak, a steak rice bowl, truffle gyudon, udon, tantanmen and Japanese curry. The Ichigyu brand grew out of its founder's experience of learning to trim meat beside parents who ran a butcher shop in a market and frying the leftover cuts, and Ichigyu takes the feel of a butcher shop and market as its interior concept.
