Seorak Chueotang is a loach soup restaurant that opened near Mokgam IC in 1996 and later moved to Mulwang Reservoir. The chueotang broth at Seorak Chueotang is made by simmering beef bones, trimmed in-house, for 96 hours, and is served with siraegi (dried radish greens) and rice of a variety chosen each season.

Besides the basic loach soup, Seorak Chueotang offers whole loach soup, loach soup with river snails and loach soup with abalone, and its fried loach comes in small and large sizes. Fish such as mackerel, Atka mackerel, Spanish mackerel and tilefish are grilled to order in a 500°C oven at Seorak Chueotang, and the side dishes are made in the restaurant every day.
