Suwolgyeonghwa is a tea cafe by the sea in Songjeong whose hanok-inspired interior interprets the meaning of its name, "the moon reflected in water, flowers reflected in a mirror." Suwolgyeonghwa uses its own tea blends and tea leaves sourced directly from Korean tea gardens, steeps each type of tea for its set time, and serves it in teaware made by ceramic artists. Suwolgyeonghwa also offers coffee-and-tea blended drinks and traditional Korean drinks such as ssanghwa tea, sujeonggwa and sikhye.
Suwolgyeonghwa's desserts focus on Korean-style dasik (tea confections). Suwolgyeonghwa designed the Dalbodeure Box itself, which packs financiers, black rice steamed bread, monaka and injeolmi skewers into one box, and it also serves an Iced Matcha Monaka that combines ice cream with monaka. From the windows of Suwolgyeonghwa you can see the sea at Songjeong Beach as the Busan Beach Train passes right in front, and inside there are photo spots and an instant photo booth.
