How far is it from Bucheon Station, and is parking available?

On my way back from Seoul to Incheon, I stopped by Gyeoretsu Ramen Bucheon University Branch (교레츠라멘 부천대점). The branch I visited is near Bucheon Station, about a 10-minute walk from the station.

The address is 4 Buil-ro 445beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The hours listed in the original post were 11:30–21:00, with a break from 15:00–17:00. The notice said there was no on-site parking, so anyone driving needs to use a nearby public parking lot.

Is the seating comfortable for dining alone?

The interior had a cozy wood-toned feel and was more spacious and neatly maintained than I expected. There was a kitchen-facing bar and one shared table, and the spacing between tables did not feel cramped, so I ate comfortably.

The bar had six stools, and I could watch the cooking in front of me. It felt like a place where dining alone would not be awkward. At the shared table, you may sit with other guests, but I am used to sharing tables and everyone was focused on their own meal, so it did not bother me.

How do you order, and what is on the menu?

I ordered at the kiosk by the entrance and paid in advance. The ramen options were tonkotsu ramen, iekei ramen, and tantanmen.

They also sold karaage (Japanese fried chicken) as a side, but it was sold out when I visited late in the day, which was disappointing. I ordered fried jumbo gyoza instead. Beer, soft drinks, and zero-sugar drinks were also available.

What is available at the self-service corner?

The self-service corner had pickled ginger, white pickled radish, and minced garlic. I could take what I liked and have it with the ramen.

What did I add to the tonkotsu ramen?

I added chashu and one egg to the tonkotsu ramen, and had it with fried jumbo gyoza. I especially liked the choice to add extra chashu.

Rice was available for unlimited refills at the self-service corner, so after finishing the noodles, I added rice to the broth as well. The meal was good and the staff were kind, so I was able to eat comfortably.
