Was it gentle on sensitive skin?

My skin is reactive, so I tend to notice a response right away when I use a product that does not suit me. I have used this product for several years, and it has suited my skin without irritation; when it touches my skin, it melts softly with body heat and spreads like a cream.

How well did it remove makeup in the first cleanse?

The thing I considered most important in a cleansing product was makeup removal. I felt that this product removed my makeup well with just the first cleanse, and I did not do an additional cleanse afterward. How did it feel after cleansing and during emulsification?

What I especially liked was that I felt almost no tightness after cleansing. I reached for it even during dry periods, and it emulsified well when I added water. I used it around my nose with a massaging motion.

Because it contains Jirisan charcoal, the balm itself is black. The product scooped out smoothly, and the lid has a space for storing the tool, which made it easy to keep tidy.

Did I keep reaching for it after several tubs?
