When looking after what my children eat, I find it hard to avoid eating out or processed foods completely. Wanting to support their nutrition too, I received The Day Tunteuntamin and tried it with my children.

Which vitamins and minerals does it contain?
The box said it lets children take 11 vitamins and 3 minerals at once. Since it was for my children, I looked at the ingredients first. I also saw that it contains no silicon dioxide, HPMC, or colorants.

The listed vitamins were A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, K, pantothenic acid, biotin, and folic acid. The minerals were manganese, zinc, and selenium.
How long does one box last, and was it convenient to give?
One box contains 30 sticks, so it was a month's supply based on the stated serving of one stick a day. I only had to give it once a day rather than splitting it between morning and evening, which was convenient for me too.

Because they are individually wrapped sticks, I thought they would be nice to carry around too. I wanted to bring them along on trips as well.

How did the children respond to the powder and mango flavor?
The contents were a fine white powder. For a child who finds gummies or pills difficult to take, I thought of mixing it into yogurt or juice. The powder was so fine that I thought it would dissolve well.

It was white in color but mango-flavored. My children sometimes pull a face when they take products like this, but they said Tunteuntamin was tasty. What stood out most as I gave it to them was their response to the flavor and the convenience of giving it once a day.
