Mixed gopchang for 3 in Mokdong, too full for fried rice: Omokgyo

I visited Omokgyo Gopchang Mokdong Main Branch on a day I was craving gopchang! I already love gopchang so I went in with high hopes, and it was a satisfying meal: rich gopchang with no gamey smell, and lots of different cuts all at once.

Omokgyo Gopchang Mokdong Main Branch is at 226-13 Mokdongdong-ro, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, on the 1st floor. It is easy to walk to from Omokgyo Station, so access is good. You can't park there, so I'd go by public transport.

Mixed gopchang for 3 at Omokgyo Gopchang: taste and portion

What I ordered at Omokgyo Gopchang Mokdong Main Branch was the mixed gopchang for 3, which comes with gopchang, daechang (large intestine) and makchang (abomasum). It starts with a fire show 🔥, a performance made for social media~~~

The gopchang was rich yet chewy, and the daechang filled my mouth with a nutty richness the more I chewed. The makchang wasn't tough, just chewy, so I never got tired of it! Best of all, I could barely taste any gamey smell!

Eating it with the special sauce and vegetables kept it from feeling greasy, so I enjoyed it to the very end!! The portion is pretty big too, so even ordering one serving per person left me stuffed!!! You're supposed to finish with fried rice, but I was too full 🚰·̫🚰
