What to order at The Taco Booth: the set for two
The menu at The Taco Booth Dunchon Park Foreon branch is really varied: the signature birria taco filled with birria meat, quesadillas with a crispy cheese crust, burritos with fresh vegetables and sous vide protein, and poke and salads.

I ordered the set for two: birria taco, all-meat poke, nachos and drinks. It lets you try the signature dishes in one go, so I'd recommend it to first-time visitors too.

Gloves on, and now the real eating show begins.

The rich flavor of the birria taco, the filling poke and crispy nachos as a palate cleanser made for a really good balance 😛

Birria tacos: richer and juicier than regular tacos
The Taco Booth's birria taco uses birria, beef slow-cooked for hours with various spices in the traditional Mexican way, so it's much more flavorful and juicy than an ordinary taco, and tastier for it.

Maybe because of the long cooking, the meat was really tender and rich in juices, so very moist. With cheese and vegetables added, it was delicious without feeling greasy.

All-meat poke: four kinds of meat in one bowl
The Taco Booth's all-meat poke has birria, steak, chipotle chicken and pork ragù, so you get four proteins at once 🧡 Each meat has a different chew, and combined with the vegetables, grains and toppings, it was tender and tasty rather than dry.

Even shared between two, the portion was really generous. It's filling and packed with protein, so it felt like a healthy meal.

Nachos with salsa
The crispy fried nachos at The Taco Booth are the kicker, I tell you 😋 They're nutty, and dipped in salsa they pick up a mild spiciness that whets the appetite. It was a light meal but filling enough, and I really enjoyed the Mexican food.
