Staff grill everything over charcoal at Baekho Yangdaechang
The huge plus at Baekho Yangdaechang is that a skilled staff member grills everything for you over real charcoal ⭐⭐⭐ The doneness was practically art, grilled to just the perfect taste, and I could only marvel 😲

They grilled it up deliciously and moved it to the edge of the grill so it's easy to eat 👍
How does the teugyang BBQ taste at Baekho Yangdaechang?
The teugyang BBQ (special tripe) at Baekho Yangdaechang impressed me with its chewy texture and charcoal aroma. I dipped the teugyang in the sauce first and wow~ how can it be this chewy! Maybe because it's charcoal-grilled, the smoky flavor filled my whole mouth, and the clean, mild taste was excellent 😁

I ate it with buchu (garlic chives) too, and it was so good! haha The gopchang and daechang had me even more excited to come 😆

How do the gopchang and daechang BBQ taste at Baekho Yangdaechang?
The gopchang BBQ (small intestine) at Baekho Yangdaechang was rich yet tender, exactly the classic good gopchang taste, and I'd say the daechang BBQ is an absolute must-order! Just seeing the gopchang sizzle makes you nod at why this Isu Station spot has a wait,, and yep, wow-

This was a taste that made it clear why the restaurant is named Baekho Yangdaechang!!! At other places, daechang can sometimes feel a bit greasy, but the daechang here wasn't greasy at all, with a soft, plump feel and a full, nutty richness 😁👍

Baekho Yangdaechang bibim naengmyeon: can you wrap gopchang in it?
The bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles) at Baekho Yangdaechang is ₩7,900, and it was delicious wrapped around gopchang too. I figured it'd be a shame to keep eating this well and run out of noodles, so I ordered the naengmyeon as this sundaejang's pick 😆 The naengmyeon didn't disappoint either and was done really well haha

When you've eaten too much and things might get greasy, the pleasantly spicy naengmyeon wrapped everything up, so I enjoyed it to the very end ⭐
Is Baekho Yangdaechang worth a visit near Isu Station?
If you're looking for a good spot near Isu Station, you won't regret Baekho Yangdaechang! Daechang is the signature item, so I personally recommend ordering the daechang BBQ 🔥
