Jung-gu Korean restaurant for chicken neck tangsuyuk: Gyeryugwan
Gyeryugwan is a Korean pub and restaurant near Sindang Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. I ordered oak wood-fired chicken stuffed with neungi mushrooms and glutinous rice, chicken breast cartilage patties, chicken neck tangsuyuk, and two bottles of Chum Churum; the chicken neck tangsuyuk was the standout. Verdict: a satisfying spot for oak-scented chicken dishes and drinks.
