Bolli-dong, Daegu makchang restaurant with pork stew: Supbul Makchang
Supbul Makchang is a makchang (grilled pork intestine) restaurant in Bolli-dong, Dalseo, Daegu, fitted out with bamboo and wood tones. In the glass-walled annex we had grilled Iberico makchang for 13,000 won and Iberico makchang for 12,000 won with a small black pork bomb stew for 13,000 won and Cheongdo Hanjae minari for 3,000 won. Between the pre-grilled makchang, the generous stew and the photogenic annex, Supbul Makchang covers every base.
