Wirye shabu-shabu Sunday lunch with sujebi, mandu and kalguksu: Dadam

Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wrap restaurant on the 3rd floor of G&G Plaza near Namwirye Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. On a Sunday at noon, a party of three including the writer's parents ordered the broth half clear and half spicy, piled in a mound of minari, worked through beef brisket and beef neck, then closed the meal with sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), mandu (dumplings) and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). With 3 hours of parking support and plenty of four-seat tables, Dadam Shabu Shabu makes an easy weekend family lunch.
