Jimidang Ilsan Main Branch is a spicy braised pork rib restaurant in Baekseok-dong, Goyang, Gyeonggi. The owner-recommended set for two was ordered at spice level 1 (about as hot as Shin Ramyun) and came with gondre rice, a Bongpyeong buckwheat pancake and grapefruit ade, and level 1 was pleasantly sharp rather than punishing even for a weak spice tolerance. Jimidang is a good call near Baekseok Station on a day you want to pick your own heat and finish with a filling bowl of rice.
