4th anniversary course dinner in Haenggung-dong, Suwon: Hado
Hado is a reservation-only course restaurant on Hyanggyo-ro in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. For their fourth anniversary dinner, the writer and her husband booked the basic course for two, swapped one main to chuck flap steak and added an Earl Grey ade, working through a pea tart and a sweet shrimp apple tart, minari (water dropwort) yuzu bisque pasta, steaks served on warmed plates and a chilled Earl Grey ice cream. At Hado the way each plate arrives becomes part of the meal, which makes it an easy recommendation for an anniversary date in Haenggung-dong.
