Suji shabu-kalguksu with Mokpo-recipe seokbakji for two: Yun Ujae
Yun Ujae Shabu Kalguksu Gogidong Branch is a hot-pot noodle restaurant with house-made noodles in Dongcheon-dong (Gogi-dong), Suji-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi. A couple drove out here for the spicy red broth shabu-kalguksu for two at 11,500 won per person, which came with Australian S-grade beef, hand-made noodles and Mokpo-recipe kimchi and seokbakji (cubed radish kimchi), plus the signature crispy seafood pajeon. Price, flavour and ingredient quality all satisfied, making Yun Ujae a great-value shabu-shabu restaurant worth returning to with family.
