Eunpyeong ramen restaurant with wood ear mushrooms: Oreno Ramen
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a Japanese ramen restaurant by Bulgwangcheon near Saejeol Station in Eunpyeong, Seoul. I had rich chicken-broth ramen with thin noodles, crunchy wood ear mushrooms, and free cilantro; the broth was a little salty. Verdict: I’d happily return for that lingering, deep broth.
