A stroller gets used so often when going out with a child. It may look fine at a glance, but when I looked closely, dust and stains had built up all over the seat and in the gaps. The modular stroller before cleaning

A stroller used often for outings with a child gets stained and filled with crumbs surprisingly quickly after milk and snacks.

The stroller I sent in this time was an Inglesina Electa modular stroller that my child had ridden in from the tiny-baby days until turning three.

First, there were some large stains too.

In particular, snack crumbs and small stains remained between the seat sections and around the safety belt.

Disassembly cleaning and photo updates

They say the collected stroller is completely disassembled, then carefully cleaned right into the seat corners, including hidden snack crumbs and milk marks. Since it is a stroller that touches a child's skin directly, they use eight reassuring natural detergents, including soapnuts, sodium percarbonate, and baking soda. After cleaning with high-temperature steam and high-pressure water, it is dried thoroughly for about two days, followed by a final UV sterilization process.

They also sent text messages with photos of the cleaning progress along the way, so I could see how it was being cleaned and felt reassured.

They even sent microscope photos of the dirty areas from before and after cleaning. The before-and-after difference is really clear.

They sent a photo of the finished stroller too, so I could check its final condition in advance. The way they kept me updated at every step felt very thorough.

How the stroller changed after cleaning

I dropped it off on Monday, and it was delivered on Thursday afternoon. :) They neatly wrapped the whole stroller and brought it right to my front door.

When I unfolded the stroller, I could tell at a glance that it looked cleaner overall.

Each rear wheel had been neatly wrapped too, and once I removed the wrapping, I could see that even the wheels had been thoroughly cleaned.

The gaps in the seat, which had been packed with snack powder and dust before cleaning, were spotless in the before-and-after comparison.

The stains on the bottom seat were clean too.

The stroller basket, which had been full of sand and dust, was noticeably cleaner as well, so the before-and-after difference was unmistakable.

My overall review after trying it

Because I used it with my child, this stroller had accumulated everything from snack crumbs and milk marks to dust, and I could not even bring myself to try washing it on my own. They completely disassembled it and cleaned every corner, and I could check both the cleaning process and the before-and-after results in photos, which made me feel even more comfortable leaving it with them. Most of all, having free doorstep pickup and delivery after cleaning meant I did not have to take a bulky stroller in myself, which was really convenient for a home with a child. I was satisfied to see that a stroller with lots of old grime from long use had become noticeably cleaner, and next time I would like to have a car seat cleaned too.
