Changwon gukbap restaurant with takeout suyuk: Myeongin Dwaeji Gukbap
Myeongin Dwaeji Gukbap is a gukbap (rice-and-soup) restaurant in Bukmyeon, Changwon, serving dwaeji gukbap (pork soup with rice) and suyuk baekban (boiled pork set meal). The writer and her husband ordered the pork gukbap at 10,000 won, the suyuk baekban at 13,000 won and mandu (dumplings) at 6,000 won, and liked the rich broth, the generous plate of suyuk and the freshly made kimchi. The suyuk at Myeongin Dwaeji Gukbap was memorable enough to order as takeout for the next housewarming.
