Charcoal-grilled lamb chop lunch in Gwanggyo, Yongin: Hwaro Yangmi
Hwaro Yangmi Gwanggyo Sanghyeon Station Branch is a chilled lamb chop restaurant in Sanghyeon-dong, Gwanggyo, in Yongin, Gyeonggi, that grills the meat over white charcoal. On a lunchtime visit the writer ordered the Special Mixed Set (for 2) and egg fried rice, and the owner grilled and cut the shoulder, lamb loin and seasoned mini short ribs at the table. The lamb had almost no gamey smell, so Hwaro Yangmi is an easy first stop for anyone trying lamb for the first time.
