Charcoal Korean BBQ near Kkachisan Station: ₩2,900 beer, Gwangseonjip
Gwangseonjip Kkachisan Station Main Branch is a charcoal-grilled Jeju black pork restaurant a two-minute walk from Kkachisan Station in Gangseo, Seoul. Two of us ordered the 540g mixed half platter, which includes braised green onion kimchi and three cuts — samgyeopsal, kkodeulsal and ppolsal — served with a spicy bean sprout sauce, while a summer event put draft beer at 2,900 won. With vitamin packets, jasmine welcome tea and corn cheese on the house and no greasy smell in the room, Gwangseonjip made for a comfortable, well-priced meal.
