I visited Pastalreo Bakjeom (파스타레오 본점) in Naeseo-eup, Masan, Changwon! I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good pasta place or steak place in Changwon or Masan, haha. Okay, let me start my honest review 🥰

Pastalreo Bakjeom is at 36 Samgyesup-gil, Naeseo-eup, Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon, on the 1st floor, and it's open daily from 11:00 to 21:00. The break time is 15:00–17:00, last order is 20:30, and it's closed every Tuesday.

How do you get the ₩9,900 cube steak at Pastalreo?

The cube steak at Pastalreo Bakjeom is normally ₩13,900, but 20 portions a day are discounted by ₩4,000 to ₩9,900. The standing sign in front of the restaurant explained this deal 💕

The interior feels pleasant and tidy overall!!

Most of the tables seat four, so it's a good fit for family or friend get-togethers 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

All the tables are wood-toned, which makes the place feel warm and cozy~

Going with kids? High chairs and 6-person seats

Pastalreo Bakjeom has high chairs, so if you're visiting with little ones, feel free to use them 👶🏻

There's also a country-of-origin sign posted, which made me trust the place more 🥰 The Wi-Fi password is posted too, so keep that in mind, haha

It's stocked with plates, tissues, wet wipes, pickles, hot sauce and more!

Disposable aprons hang there too, so feel free to use them, haha

Medium-rare cube steak: how did it taste?

I chose medium rare for the Pastalreo cube steak (150g), and the meat was super tender and full of juice. They say medium rare is the most recommended doneness 👍🏻 It's described as a juicy beef steak made with choice-grade-or-higher flat iron (chuck flap) served with a variety of garnishes 🥩💕

It looked so pretty and delicious from the first glance, haha. At the first bite the meat was really tender to chew and the juices came flowing out, so good 🤤💕 The corn cheese, grilled onion, mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and pineapple were all delicious too 🥰

What does the seafood pane tomato pasta taste like?

The seafood pane tomato pasta (₩15,900) at Pastalreo had a rich, deep tomato sauce, and dipping the flower-shaped pane bread (bread bowl-style bread) into the sauce made it even better. It's described as a seafood tomato pasta with hand-prepped seafood, golden-baked pane bread and homemade tomato sauce 🍅💕

Look at how pretty the pasta and the plating are~ The bread looks like a flower, which made it even prettier 🏵 I usually like tomato pasta, so I really enjoyed it, and the tomato sauce tasted rich and deep, haha. The bread is crisp outside and moist inside, and even better dipped in the sauce 🤤💕 The mussels were fresh and the best 👍🏻

Is Pastalreo Bakjeom worth going back to?

I recommend Pastalreo Bakjeom if you're looking for a good pasta or steak place in Masan or Changwon 💕 The atmosphere is nice, the steak and pasta were both so delicious, and the staff were friendly, so I was very satisfied 🥰 I'd love to go back, and I strongly recommend it 👍🏻
