This time I visited with my dad (Bread Father, haha)! Let me introduce a solid spot for Daegu Health College eats, Daegu Health College dates, and Daegu Chilgok dining — Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae~ ba-boom~^^

Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae is at 18 Yeongsong-ro, 1st floor, Buk-gu, Daegu (976 Taejeon-dong, Buk-gu, Daegu). It's across the crosswalk from Indangwan, next to Myeontamjeong and The Liter, in the Mega Coffee row~!
It's near Daegu Technical University, Geumjeong Children's Park, and Taejeon Park.

Snapped a photo at the entrance of Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae, a solid spot for Daegu Health College eats, Daegu Health College dates, and Daegu Chilgok dining~! Apparently it even appeared on episode 119 of Ex-Criminal! Tonkotsu ramen, mazesoba, handmade pork loin katsu, and big buta-don are said to be the signature menu items!
I liked that the prices were posted outside.
What we ordered and what's on the self-serve bar
Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae serves all kinds of dishes — ramen, pho, soba, udon, rice bowls, katsu, and more~! We ordered big buta-don, sanuki fish cake udon, and demi-glace pork loin katsu!
Broth, water, kimchi, and pickled radish are self-serve~! You can take as much as you like, but just bring what you'll actually eat~!

How did the big buta-don, sanuki fish cake udon, and demi-glace katsu taste?

Since mine was the demi-glace version with the sauce already poured on, it's tasty even without dipping, haha.
I portioned some sanuki udon into a small plate, and Dad munched away happily.
The fried batter color was so lovely! I love pork cutlet, and this one was really tasty!
After eating well, I took a little 'bread-selfie' of myself. The self-serve bar has toothpicks and hair ties available. The toothpick holder is super cute, haha.
Would I go back to Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae?
BMI-29 me had a great meal with my respected Bread Father (my dad) at Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae, a solid pick for Daegu Health College eats, Daegu Health College dates, and Daegu Chilgok dining — we enjoyed big buta-don, sanuki fish cake udon, and demi-glace pork loin katsu~! It was so good that I'm planning to come back! Dad enjoyed it too, which made me happy~ haha
The staff were also very kind and attentive, which I really appreciated. I think students from nearby Daegu Health College and Daegu Technical University would come here often, haha. It suited my taste perfectly, and Dad, who came with me, enjoyed it too.
With the best ingredients supplied fresh each day, thoroughly checked, and cooked in an open kitchen, it can't help but taste good! It seems like a great place to bring your parents like I did, to eat alone comfortably, or to come on a date, haha!
